Cobbles and Boulders
Cobbles are granite stones left over from the
glaciers. Granite cobbles have generally rounded, smooth shapes with
many colors, ranging from blue, pink, coral, gray, black, red, and
peppered. They are available from sizes as small as 3”- 6” to as large
as several ft in diameter. The sorts are 3”- 8”, 10”- 18”, and 18”- 36”
in diameter. This stone weighs 180 lbs. per cubic ft.

Fancy Boulders
Fancy Boulders are a large selection of hand picked
boulders ranging in colors and sizes. Among the varieties are different
color fractured quartzes, geodes, mica, soapstone, and jasper. Other stone
types are also available from time to time as available. Sizes range from
small enough to use in a fish aquarium to large landscaping pieces.

River Boulders
River Boulders are hand selected granite cobbles from a
local source. Most have unique coloring and shaping and are great accent
boulders for landscaping. They range in size from 10"-24" in diameter.

Faux Boulders
Faux boulders in various sizes are available. Great for
coving unsightly objects as well as an excellent lightweight option for
otherwise impossible to deal with areas.

Featherstone
Gray Featherstone Boulders are lightweight, porous
pieces of stone from the Sierra Nevada Mountains. They are medium to
dark gray in color and are very abrasive with sharp shards. Sizes vary
from 10”- 18” in diameter.

Red Lava Boulders
Red Lava Boulders are lightweight porous pieces of
stone that are a deep, rich burgundy color with the appearance of a
sponge. These pieces range in sizes from 6”-3’ in diameter.

Fractured Granite Boulders
Fractured Granite is blasted, broken pieces of
rose-colored granite stone. They can range in size from 12”-4’ in
diameter. Color can range from a rose pink to deep red with some orange
shades. This stone weighs approximately 180 lbs. per cubic ft.

Aqua Blue Boulders
Aqua Blue Boulders are granite pieces that are very
dark in color. The color is a deep aqua blue with cream and rust
stratification, with extremely rugged textures. These pieces range in
size from 3”-4' in diameter. This stone weighs 200 lbs. per cubic ft.

Washed Sandstone Boulders
Washed Sandstone boulders are soft looking, low
profile pieces of stone with many contours. Colors range from a soft
creamy buff to a deep burnt orange and dark brown. Sizes can range from
12”-3’ in diameter.

Pennsylvania River Flats
Pennsylvania river flats are soft looking thinner
pieces with the traditional blue, green, and purple coloring. Years of
water running over them have given them a smooth texture. Perfect around
water gardens and dry creek beds.

Corinthian Granite
Corinthian granite boulders are blasted pieces that
possess both character and color. Very striking looking. Basic colors
are dark blue, gray, with varying shades and stripes of rose, greens,
and pinks. Have to see to appreciate the color and the character.

South Bay Quartzite Boulders
South bay quartzite boulders are very natural looking
with blends of earth tones. Colors of antique white, tan, amber, and
light and dark browns.

Benches and chunks are usually flat, blocky pieces of
stone available in 1” increments ranging from 10”-18” thick and at least
10” or more in bed depth.

Ozark Sponge
Ozark Sponge boulders have a rust color with sponge
like holes containing quartz crystal deposits. Sizes range from 6"-18"
in diameter.

stones. Very colorful with colors of red, white, black gray and
burgandy.

Mystic boulders are fractured and come in two colors,
Black Gold and Pink Diamond.

Weathered limestone is a light buff to cream to dark
gray in color with moss and lichens.
Weathered granite is light red or pink in color with
some lichens.

Gunmetal gray is fractured granite in a charcoal and
gray color with some red.
